1. This offer is valid for a new customers only and applies to the specified business package ‘Clarity & Direction’. 

2. Offer to be confirmed in writing within the terms of engagement agreement provided by Joanna Lush Consulting.

4. Signed Terms of Engagement and payment in full must be received to validate the discount.

5. Offer is only valid for one Clarity & Direction package per person.

6. Eligibility for the reduced rate is subject to the client's suitability for the package, as determined by Joanna Lush Consulting.

7. Joanna Lush Consulting reserves the right to assess and confirm the client's suitability based on relevant criteria including scope of work, viability of package against client needs and client needs.

8. The decision of Joanna Lush Consulting regarding client eligibility is final.

9. The reduced rate is applicable only to the specified coaching services and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

10. Clients must comply with the terms of engagement outlined in the agreement provided by Joanna Lush Consulting.

11. Joanna Lush Consulting retains the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

12. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Joanna Lush Consulting. 

13. Joanna Lush Consulting is not obligated to provide the reduced rate if the client does not meet the suitability criteria.

14. By redeeming this offer, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
